• Be sure to bring your steaks to room temperature before you grill. This will lessen cook time and will help tenderize your marinating steaks.
  • I know you want to dive right into your steak once it is finally finished cooking, but your not done until you rest the steak for 5 minutes. This will make for a much juicer steak. 
  • Using vinegar or some type of acid to your marinade will not only add flavor , but will also tenderize your steaks.
  • Sear your steaks at a high temp for 2-3 minutes a side to seal in juices. Once you sear your steaks LOWER the temperature and finish to the desired temperature.

  • Salting a steak before marination will breakdown proteins and tenderize the meat. Salt your steak generously and let sit for one hour, rinse excess salt off and pat dry. Now your ready to marinate or cook directly from here. Mmmmmm Tender.
