Recipe covers 2 to 3 steaks.


1/4 cup  Jagermeister
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon #habinaero hot sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate your favorite #steak inside refrigerator overnight inside an air tight container or zip lock bag.

Always bring steaks to room temperature before grilling. Grill hot and fast to your desired doneness.

*Try this recipe for your next party. Slice up some flank steak, sirloin, or NY Strip about 1/4 inch thick, marinate overnight. Then skewer the slices and grill.
