Another sweet and spicy flavor combination. It is the best summer bar-b-que burger.
- 1 Pound Ground Chuck
- 1/3 Cup World Harbors Jamican Jerk Sauce
- 4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 Hearty Hamburger Buns Toasted
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 2 Table Spoons Chopped Fresh Basil
- Grilled Pineapple Salsa
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
In a bowl combine beef, lime juice, basil, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the jerk sauce. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties. Cook over medium heat 10-13 minutes or to disired doneness. During cooking turn once and brush with remaining jerk sauce. Turn off heat, add cheese onto each burger, close lid until melted.
Build your burger, adding burger with cheese, pineapple salsa, top with bun. Enjoy!
