Give this topping a shot at your next STEAKNIGHT. It is a nice alliterative to a steak sauce. Light flavor but certainly a great addition to any steak.
- 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Jar Prepared Horseradish
In a chilled bowl, using a whisk or an electric mixer set on medium speed, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Stir in the horseradish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a bowl and pass at the table. Use to garnish soups or serve alongside roasted beef or grilled steaks.
Keep, covered and chilled, up to 2 days. (Alternatives – some also add garlic and/or 1 tsp. lemon zest.)
