This sweet and tangy sauce is a perfect summer addition to your grilled flank steak. Add this sauce during the last 15 minutes of grilling in place of a barbecue sauce.
- 4 Medium Peaches
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh Thyme
Peel and cut up 3 of the peaches. Place in a blender. Add lemon juice, honey, and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes or until thickend stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Peel and finely chop the remaning peach, add into sauce. Stir in thyme.
