After visiting Costco recently I walked passed a cooler where I noticed a variety of steaks at decent prices. The meat looked really good, and the cuts were a decent thickness. At a second glance I noticed that all the meat was USDA PRIME. Right away I snatched up some of these beautys. I picked up some prime ribeyes at $8.99 per pound and some prime NY strips at $9.99 a pound. These are excellent prices for prime meat.
I wanted to taste them before I posted this and now that I have I can tell you. Great Deal, Great Steaks, I suggest you go out and try some prime steaks. At that price now you can afford to enjoy prime.
Other prime cuts that I have seen available are Filet Mignons.
Has anyone seen any prime porterhouse at their Costco yet?
Thanks for the great tip! I usually have to stand around at the Butcher waiting for some primo cuts. Now I will have to check out Costco and see what they have going on here.
