I recently stumbled upon this story posted about LaFrieda Wholesale Meats. This place is the Mecca of meat. If you are a steak or burger lover and enjoy dinners out in trendy NYC hot spots, this is where most of your meat is coming from. Take a look at this and learn a little about a true old school NYC butcher shop. It has grown into a major operation supplying the city that never sleeps. I have learned that the LaFrieda’s are fantastic people. Congratulations on all your success guys.

I wonder if the LaFrieda’s would like to join us on our next STEAKNIGHT.
