To my surprise I was informed that there is a Muscarella Marinade out in cyberspace. Considering that this recipe is one from my own family, I will post this for everyone right here, where it belongs.

2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Brown Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/8 Cup Vinegar
1/8 Cup Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Fresh Basil
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

This Cola Barbecue Sauce was found on Food Network Kitchens Get Grilling, Meredith 2005. It was so good that it was necessary for us to share it with you. Â
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus a generous pinch for the garlic
3 cups cola
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 slightly heaping tablespoon chili powder

The ongoing argument of marination.
The length of time you are marinating plays an important role on the final outcome. I would have to agree that it is simply crazy to marinate a $40 Prime Rib Eye for 3 days. The beauty of an expensive cut of meat it that they are delicious all by itself. But personally I would have no problem throwing a marinade on a good steak overnight.
A simple cider vinegar based marinade can take a good steak and send it to the moon. The acid in the vinegar will help tenderize the meat and make the steak soft and delicious.
