Grilled Plantains work as a great side dish at any bar-b-que.
Bias-cut your peeled yellow plantains into 1/2 inch slices. Lightly brush with peanut or cooking oil. Grill directly over medium heat for about 8 minutes or until the center of the plantain is soft. Turn once halfway through grilling. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
