Grilled Pineapple Salsa

This is a delicious topping for burgers, can be used on chicken, even on fish.  Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Sweet Peppers 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Sweet Pepper 2 Jalapenos Finely Chopped 1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger 2 Teaspoons Cooking Oil 1 Cup Grilled Pineapple Slices Finely Chopped 1/4 Cup Apple Jelly 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice Kosher Salt Cook onion, jalapenos, Sweet red peppers, and ginger in hot oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Jerk Burgers With Pineapple Salsa

Another sweet and spicy flavor combination. It is the best summer bar-b-que burger.  Ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Chuck 1/3 Cup World Harbors Jamican Jerk Sauce 4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese 4 Hearty Hamburger Buns Toasted 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice 2 Table Spoons Chopped Fresh Basil Grilled Pineapple Salsa 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper In a bowl combine beef, lime juice, basil, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the jerk sauce.
