This is a delicious topping for burgers, can be used on chicken, even on fish.Â
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Sweet Peppers
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Sweet Pepper
2 Jalapenos Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Teaspoons Cooking Oil
1 Cup Grilled Pineapple Slices Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Apple Jelly
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

Try this relish on the side of any sliced steak, can even be eaten with tortilla chips as an awesome STEAKNIGHT snack. It's delicous.
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Ears of Corn, Husked and Cleaned
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Avocado, Halfed, Seeded, Peeled and Cut Into Small Cubes (avoid over ripened)

Guy Fieri has some great ideas. I always love the idea of spicy and sweet. Thought you guys might enjoy this one. Perhaps with a little thin sliced flank steak. Probably could go with a bunch of different  dishes.Â
