Another sweet and spicy flavor combination. It is the best summer bar-b-que burger.Â
Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Chuck
1/3 Cup World Harbors Jamican Jerk Sauce
4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 Hearty Hamburger Buns Toasted
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
2 Table Spoons Chopped Fresh Basil
Grilled Pineapple Salsa
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
In a bowl combine beef, lime juice, basil, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the jerk sauce. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties. Cook over medium heat 10-13 minutes or to disired doneness. During cooking turn once and brush...
