Avocado Butter

Delicious pair with Flat-Iron steaks. Ingredients: 2 Avocados 1/2 Cup Of Softened Butter 1/4 Cup Lime Juice 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Seed, peel and chop 2 ripe avocados. In a medium bowl combine the chopped avocado, butter, lime juice, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Using a fork , gently mash the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Pour mixure into a small bowl and chill until almost firm.
