Balsamic Glaze

One of the best sauces I have ever tasted was Blaze Balsamic Paste. The first time I had it was at my local italian deli. They made me a nice fried chicken cutlet with roasted peppers, usually I would have this with a little balsamic vinegar. Marinate or Not to Marinate

The ongoing argument of marination. The length of time you are marinating plays an important role on the final outcome. I would have to agree that it is simply crazy to marinate a $40 Prime Rib Eye for 3 days. The beauty of an expensive cut of meat it that they are delicious all by itself. But personally I would have no problem throwing a marinade on a good steak overnight. A simple cider vinegar based marinade can take a good steak and send it to the moon.
