Happy Fathers Day to all my fellow breeders! LOL! You Dads out there know that tommorow is our day, I can't wait to to spend mine grilling up some delicous food for everyone. In the economy we are in today, everyone is suffering. We are all feeling a little bit uneasy. We may of even needed to get a second job. Â I am sure we all had to cut back on special treats we used to give ourselves and to our children. We probably even had to cut back on food. So I had to think this through.
I believe that friends will never be affected by the economy.  Good friends do not cost money. therefore we should get together and enjoy each other. Perhaps talk about all the things we wish we had. Have a good time, laugh, drink, eat. Maybe even have a bottle of  inexpensive wine. But...

Inspired by a New Orleans Steakhouse.
serves 8
Ingredients:
Sauce for artichokes:
1 cup  Balsamic vinegar,
1/4 cup of soy sauce,
garlic powder to taste
1 Tablespoon chopped gingerÂ
8 Tablespoons of sugar
If you want to make it a low calorie side dish, replace sugar with  sweet n low (4 packets) .Â
