I haven't been to Uncle Jack's in quite a while, but this is a place you don't easily forget. First class wait staff, they really make you feel like someone special. Unlike other places I've been to, the servers were extremely knowledgeable. Atmosphere is second to none, a true old school steakhouse.
Enjoyed 2 well poured Single Malts, and some conversation. I looked over the well laid out menu, a little taken with some of the prices but all in all not that bad for a NYC steakhouse. I chose an Organic Mesclun Salad which consisted of; tomatoes, goat cheese, roasted pine nuts, dry cranberries...

It was a long anticipated Saturday night out. The weather could not have been better. Crazy hot all day and as soon as the sun went down it became a perfect jeans and t shirt night. The plan was Red Bank N.J. Dinner and a few "cough, cough" cocktails. After checking out a number of places, our dinner location was still unknown. During our search down Broad street we land on Red. To be honest, the open air dining was the biggest draw. The table wasn't necessarily part of the main dining room, but there is nothing better then watching the world go by on a Saturday night.Â
